At ValidPath, we’ve built a community of like-minded professionals ready to support you through that transition and help you to achieve your business goals. From your first conversation with us to developing new services and expanding your client base, our network is here to support, guide, and assist you every step of the way.

Support from day one

From the moment an adviser decides to explore joining ValidPath, they are supported by a dedicated team that genuinely wants to understand their goals and help them succeed. Our onboarding process is quick, structured, and hands-on. You will meet the team, gain access to training, and receive comprehensive guidance on everything from compliance to client data migration – ensuring a seamless transition into the network.

Once you join the network, you will have immediate access to the Member Portal and all available IFA resources. This includes our lively Member Forums, where Members share questions, ideas, and best practices on a daily basis.

You’ll also be introduced to Alistair Eccleston, our Network Development Manager. He will work closely with you to help you achieve your ambitions. Alistair will schedule regular follow-up calls to help you set goals and track your progress.

A culture of collaboration

We do this in several ways:

• Regional Events – these hugely popular events are held across the country and are a great way to meet other Members, exchange ideas and chat about business development, compliance and everything in between.

Learning from each other

One of the most powerful forms of support we see is peer learning.

When Members face challenges, it’s likely that someone else in the network has already found a solution. Whether dealing with a complex compliance case, marketing a specific service, or implementing new technology, the ability to pick up the phone, post on the forums, or chat face-to-face with someone who has been there before is hugely valuable.

Our Members also have access to mentoring support that helps them build confidence, build momentum and develop their business with the right level of oversight and encouragement. We also run focused working groups, where Members can explore emerging trends in greater depth.
